The fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego (FISCSD) intends to requests response from qualified sources capable of providing Indefinite Delivery Type Contract for Pre-mixed Aluminum Sulfate Polymer Blend (Clarion 402) or equal with JAR Testing per instruction-attachment. There will be up to fifteen (15) 48,000 lbs loads of Pre-mixed Aluminum Sulfate Polymer Blend delivered to NAS Lemoore Public Works, in NAS Lemoore, California per year. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price. This is for a Base year and one (1) one year option period. Contract will begin 01 January 2009.
