Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated.  (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: ALGO (not USNO) used as reference clock the entire GPS week 1068.
WARNING: Data from PRN02, PRN15, and PRN18 excluded the entire GPS week 1068.
WARNING: Data from PRN04 and PRN16 excluded day 179.
WARNING: Data from PRN20 excluded days 179 and 180 due to a maneuver.
WARNING: Data from UPAD, WTZT excluded day 177.
WARNING: Data from AMC2, LBCH, METS, WTZT excluded day 178.
WARNING: Data from BARB, CORD, LBCH, WTZT excluded day 179.
WARNING: Data from LBCH, WTZT excluded day 180.
WARNING: Data from CIT1, KOSG, KOUR, LBCH, QUIN, UPAD, WTZT excluded day 181.
