I am opposed to add the proposed loop hole to the Do Not Call Registry - ESPECIALLY - an inpersonal pre-recorded message!!! I am very please with the result of the Do Not Call Program. I consider blind, heartless telemarketing an Invasion of the Home. Why cave into this industry which has no conscience, regard or respect for the privacy of any individual? What gives them the right (or actually - why are you willing to give them the right) to enter into our homes and harass us?? I would support OUTLAWING every use of pre-recorded messaging. You have taken a step a major step in upholding the American Public's right to privacy - WHY - take a step backwards? AND WHY - THIS TYPE OF INJUSTICE - Opting Out??? - AND Pre-Recoreded SPAM - Find the person or persons who is getting the kickbacks from this idea and perjue them from your system. I will never support an OPT OUT type of any program. If any loosening of the giuide lines - very defined - upfront opting in on a temporay basis. NEXT SUBJECT - EMail Spam - What are you doing abot that? Thanks for the Avenue to Comment - I highly recommend - continue to stand up and protect people's rights and do not cave into Low Life Bussiness Monstor.
