 Allowing over the counter sale will only send the message that pre-marital sex is sanctioned by our government. It will make matters worse. When the birth control pill first appearred in the 1960's everyone thought inlcuding me it would end abortions but it increased them because if one gets pregnant one can get an abortion. If we allow easy access to this drug more outside marriage sex will happen with the consequences of more venerial disease and the other moral and ethical problems associated with this change in our culture.
