Abstract: This data contains placer district boundaries. Districts refer to the name of a group of geologically and geographically related placer deposits, as derived from published sources or from general usage. Economic and significant heavy metals are reported for each district.
Purpose: This digital data was created for mapping. This data was originally used in conjunction with the State Land Selections Project.
