Submitter's Representative: Jim MathesonI would like to take a moment to comment on the proposal to eliminate the ban on
right carry in National Parks. Citizens with "Right to Carry", permits have taken
classes, to earn the "priveledge" to carry a firearm safely and responsively. They
sould not be disrimminated against in National Parks, they are just as safe and
responsiable inside a Park, as they are outside of a Park. If I were a criminal I
would target victims were I knew they couldn't defend themselves, such as
National Parks. Laws should be amended to reflect those laws of the state the
National Park resides in. Thank you for your time, and this form.
