We are a group of physicians of lao origine residing in France having learned with great satisfaction that Mr Collin Powell and Mr Robert Zoellict conjointly had send a letter to the Comittee of Finance of the United states senate to request the approval of an agreement between the Lao's people democratic republic and the United states of America on trade relations with NTR. We would like to express our support to the approval of the bilateral agreement on trade relations.
