Subject:	Changed Bidding Credits

	
	
On November 2, 2004, Aurora Communications, Inc. (“Aurora”) 
and RuDex Broadcasting Limited (“RuDex”) amended their FCC 
Form 175 applications to reflect the execution of certain 
loan agreements with Lazer Broadcasting Corporation.  
Accordingly, under the designated entity provisions of 47 
C.F.R. Sections 73.5007 and 73.5008, the agreements render 
both Aurora and RuDex ineligible for the 25% new entrant 
bidding credit, as claimed on their originally submitted 
FCC Form 175 applications. 

For the duration of the auction, the results files will 
continue to show net bid amounts for Aurora and RuDex that 
reflect a 25% bidding credit.  If either party wins licenses 
in the auction, however, they will be responsible for the 
gross amounts of their winning bids.  (All bid amounts 
displayed within the bidding system are gross bid amounts.  
Net amounts of bids are viewable in the results files.)
