Ce package permet en jouant avec le parametre "int TrackFlag = 1;" dans l3fsec_vtx/rcp/MyRcpPara.rcp
d'executer la reconstruction a 3D des traces du tracking officiel L3 (en utilisant le CFT et le SMT).
Le vertexing n'est pas encore fait dans ce cas.
Avec "int TrackFlag = 0;", seul le SMT est utilise et reconstruction 2D des traces est effectues.
Le vertexing est a 2D dans ce dernier cas.
