Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I am writing to express my support for Proposed Regulation D.  As an 
owner of equities, I find it troubling that companies in which I am a 
part owner are providing informatition to others before, if at all, to 
myself.  Further,  the selective disclosure of information increases the 
incidence of fraud since many claims are made without a real chance for 
validation.
