This should only affect those individuals that are staying on-site. Please be aware that new procedures for entering Wilson Hall between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM may affect those needing to pick up keys for housing. Most entrances to Wilson Hall will be accessible only by displaying a valid Fermilab ID card to electronic card readers. This became effective on Monday, August 28, 2006.. More information is available at the following link: http://www.fnal.gov/pub/today/archive_2006/today06-08-25.html New arrivals to the Fermilab Site without a valid ID that will be living on-site should inform the Security guard at either entrance that they need to pick up their key for housing. The Security guard will then check that the new arrival(s) are listed on the Daily Occupancy/Security Report. The Daily Occupancy/Security Report lists those staying on-site, as well as those arriving later that night. When the Security guard verifies the listing on the report, the new arrival will be directed to the Communication Center on the ground floor of Wilson Hall. Security will arrange for someone to open the door to Wilson Hall for the new arrival. Then, the new arrival can obtain the key and other Housing information at the Communications Center. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL NEW ARRIVALS BE LISTED ON THE DAILY OCCUPANCY REPORT. The Housing Office must be aware of all authorized residents, guests, and new arrivals for all houses, apartments, and dormitory rooms. Failure to be listed may result in delayed access to the site. Please inform other Users and residents that all new arrivals need to inform the security guard at the gate that they have reserved a place to stay on the Fermilab site. As long as you have a valid Fermilab ID card, you can enter the site and access Wilson Hall.
