 1.  Pursuant  to  section  410  of  the  Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended,  1  the  Commission  appoints  the  Honorable  Curt  Stamp,  Iowa  Utilities  Board,  to  serve  on  the  Federal-  State  Joint 
 Board  on  Jurisdictional  Separations.  2  This  appointment  fills  the  position  recently  vacated  by  the  Honorable  Judith  Ripley,  former  Commissioner  of  the  Indiana  Utility  Regulatory  Commission.  The 
 Commission  gratefully  acknowledges  the  contributions  of  Judith  Ripley  to  the  work  of  the  Federal-  State  Joint  Board  on  Jurisdictional  Separations. 


 2.  Henceforth,  a  copy  of  all  filings  in  this  proceeding  shall  be  served  on  Curt  Stamp  at  the  following  address:
