Interior and Exterior Construction Pilot Project with the Department of Defense Initiated The Exterior Pilot Project involves the repair of the Pentagon, Military Court of Appeals, Navy Annex and Hybla Valley Federal Building's parking lot and access roads. A Case Study and Fact Sheet are available. The Interior Construction Pilot Project involves renovating office space at the Pentagon using materials with environmentally-preferable attributes. (A Case Study will be available in early 1999). August 1995 marked the beginning of one of the most significant efforts to streamline and simplify the federal procurement process.
