In this Order, we grant a request filed by Harry Soukiassian, as an individual and as a general partner of Harry Soukiassian and Danny Gold d/b/a S&G Communications (S&G), to withdraw its petition for reconsideration of the actions granting consent to the transfer of control of S&G from Danny Gold to Harry Soukiassian and Hananya Cohen d/b/a S&G Communications and thence to Harry Soukiassian and Pele Communications, Inc. d/b/a S&G Communications. 2. By way of background, on September 14, 1999, and October 20, 1999, Hananya Cohen filed applications seeking consent to the pro forma transfer of control of the above-captioned stations from Harry Soukiassian and Danny Gold d/b/a S&G to a joint venture consisting of Harry Soukiassian and Hananya Cohen d/b/a S&G; and then from Harry Soukiassian and Hananya Cohen d/b/a S&G to a new joint venture consisting of Harry Soukiassian and Pele Communications d/b/a S&G. The applications were granted by the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau on November 8, 1999, and November 9, 1999, and appeared on public notice on November 16, 1999. On December 15, 1999, Harry Soukiassian, as an individual and as a general partner of Harry Soukiassian and Danny Gold d/b/a S&G, filed a petition for reconsideration of the grant of the applications. On January 21, 2000, Harry Soukiassian, as an individual and as a general partner of Harry Soukiassian and Danny Gold d/b/a S&G, withdrew S&G's objection to grant of the subject applications and sought dismissal of the petition for reconsideration. We find that grant of this request is warranted. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT pursuant to Sections 4(i) and 5(c) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), 155(c), and Section 1.106 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.106, the Request for Dismissal filed on January 21, 2000, by Harry Soukiassian as an individual and as a general partner in Harry Soukiassian and Danny Gold d/b/a S&G Communications, IS GRANTED, and the Petition for Reconsideration filed on December 15, 1999 IS DISMISSED. 4.
