Notes concerning Ulysses/URAP data for the Workshop Events

Within each event directory, there is a urap subdirectory. Each of
these contains one GIF file showing 4 days of Ulysses radio
and plasma wave (URAP) data, the day of the event + the 3 following
days.  The top panels (RAR Hi and RAR Lo) show promarily radio
data - type III and occasional type II bursts.  The bottom panel
(PFR) includes the electron plasma frequency, where Langmuir
waves will be seen.  If so, they may indicate magnetic connection
from the flare site to the spacecraft (Ulysses).

In comparing any type II activity observed by URAP to that of
Wind/WAVES, remember that Ulysses is farther from the Sun and
usually at a significantly different longitude and latitude
than the earth.  The following table lists the relevant 
parameters:

- distance from the Sun to Ulysses (range in AU)
- heliographic latitude of Ulysses (degrees)
- the relative longitude of Ulysses (H_long(Ulysses)-H_long(Earth),
   if =  90 deg, then Ulysses is on the W limb as seen from Earth
   if = 180 deg, then Ulysses is behind the sun as seen from Earth
