Title IV Student Aid Programs
This table shows how funds are disbursed for each program.
Pell Grant The school acts as the agent of the U.S. Department of Education to disburse Pell grants to eligible students.
Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG) The school acts as the agent of the U.S. Department of Education to disburse AC grants to eligible students.
National SMART Grant The school acts as the agent of the U.S. Department of Education to disburse National SMART grants to eligible students.
Campus-based programs
(FSEOG, FWS, Perkins)
For FSEOG and Perkins, the school disburses funds to students. For FWS, the Department of Education provides a major portion of the funds (disbursed at least monthly) that employers give to their student employees as paychecks.
Direct Loan Program The money comes from the U.S. government, and the school disburses the funds to students.
FFEL Program The lender disburses the funds to the school, and the school delivers the funds to students.
