If you want the albedo over land, please go to the website of the MODIS land team and look at their albedo product:
http://modis-land.gsfc.nasa.gov/There are several ways to define albedo (for a single direction of incidence, averaged over all directions of incidence, spectral
weighting, top-of-atmosphere or surface-only). You could try to calculate the quantity you want yourself from the reflectance
products we provide.
If you do, please note that the relative uncertainties of the higher wavelengths products are very large because the signal
is so low (this is a problem for the surface-only albedo). Also note that many of the Aqua band 6 detectors are not working.
