- Computational modeling of protein-protein docking: focusing on the thermodynamics and kinetics properties of the hydrogenase/ferredoxin binding via molecular dynamics or Brownian dynamics simulation methods
- DNA structure modeling and simulation
- Electron transfer process and proton pathway inside hydrogenase via hybrid methods.
