7-1. Retention Control Points (RCP): Current retention control points have been changed to reflect the following (Figure 7-1). Any additional information concerning RCP can be obtained from the local Reenlistment NCO.

7-2. Quartermaster Hotline:

a. Quartermaster Answering Service. The Quartermaster Center and School operates the Quartermaster hotline. With the use of a 24-hour telephone answering service, they are able to record incoming calls after normal duty hours and respond to the caller the next duty day. The Quartermaster Center and School Hotline numbers are:

7-3. Regimental Affiliation: The association of Quartermasters is an organization dedicated to serving the Quartermaster Corps. Membership in the association of Quartermaster is open to the following:

- Quartermaster officers, warrant officers and enlisted soldiers in the rank of sergeant and above (Active and Reserve Components).

- Department of Defense civilians of equal rank and military retirees.

- Members of the other armed services who are interested in the advancement of defense logistics.

- The purposes of the Association of Quartermasters are the following:

(1) Support Army goals and objectives through the fostering of professionalism.

(2) Instill esprit de corps and camaraderie within the Quartermaster Corps.

(3) Provide worldwide visibility of the Corps.

(4) Recognize excellence within the Quartermaster Corps.
