I include it here (main.c). I compared its output with your people's older paper proton report that has level curve plots of various energies versus RE-mag latitude, and it is very close. File "example.out" has proton and electron outputs at various radii and magnetic latitude, though over the limited energies we are most interested in. I am less sure about the electron fluxes since I do not have a paper report to compare it to. However, the change is only in the input file, and the first line, so it ought to be okay. One needs to delete the first line in any of AP8MIN.ASC, AE8MIN.ASC, AP8MAX.ASC, and AE8MAN.ASC and place its 8 integers into a static array.
