| In reference to 642.In a recent training with T&TA, it was stated that we could not have a legal Board of Directors meeting without an attorney present at the meeting. We do not have an attorney as a Board member, but the section pertaining to the Governing Body states "the governing body shall use a consultant......., who shall work directly with the governing body". Please clarify if this means that an attorney or consultant must be present at the meetings.
