                    ORDER GRANTING PERMISSION
                      TO WITHDRAW AN APPEAL



On June 21, 1996 Kvell, Inc. (Appellant), petitioned this Office
for a reversal of a size determination made by the Small Business
Administration's Area 1 Office on May 29, 1996, relative to
United States Marshal Service Solicitation No. MS-95-R-0039.

On July 8, 1996, Appellant requested that this Office permit it
to withdraw the appeal.

The request is GRANTED, and the proceeding is dismissed.
