We have compiled NWChem 4.7 in a POWERPC970 (IBM JS20) machine with Myrinet network. And for his, we have used the PowerPC workstations makefile for Linux... with those two lines: export NWCHEM_TARGET=LINUX64 export NWCHEM_TARGET_CPU=POWERPC It runs, but very slowly with a normal parallel scaling. So, I write here, hoping someone have an optimized makefile for IBM JS20...
