Biography

Debra R. (Renae) Cochran is a Purchasing Agent and Property Officer in GWERD's TASS. She also serves as the Division's Special Emphasis Program Manager. Renae has a B.S. in Accounting from East Central University and has completed several Contracting Officer training courses. She is currently warranted to execute contracts up to $25,000.00. Renae has been employed at the laboratory since 1983 when she started as a high school stay-in-school student. She also worked as an accountant with ManTech, an on-site technical support contractor, for eight years. Ms. Cochran can be reached at:
