   * Two new toolbar buttons/commands added to Architectural/Labels toolbar and
     Main/Modify Objects toolbar that change width of attributes and text: 
     "Narrow text width" and "reset text width"
   * Several command's (welds, arc leaders, section cuts, detail id) layer 
     settings standardized

   * Tools loaded into AutoCAD through APPLOAD command instead of acaddoc.lsp
