The Bureau of Prisons of the U.S. Dept. of Justice has put out a pre-solicitation notice for Residential Reentry Center services for male and female offenders in Mt. Vernon (Skagit County), Washington. The actual solicitation will be made available on or about December 28, 2007, and the anticipated response deadline for the solicitation is February 26, 2008. The contract period shall consist of a base period of two years with three 1-year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. The requirement will be for approximately thirteen (13) male beds and three (3) female beds for the two year base period and each of the three one-year options, respectively. Faith-based and community organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Bureau of Prisons of the U.S. Dept. of Justice has put out a request for information regarding a proposed solicitation. The solicitation would be for Residential Reentry Center services for male and female Federal offenders (Line Item 1) and Mothers and Infants Nurturing Together (MINT) services for female Federal offenders (Line Item 2) located in Hartford or New Haven Counties, Connecticut. The contract period for each Line Item would consist of a base period of two years with three 1-year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. The requirement for Line Item 1 would be for approximately fifty (50) (45 male, 5 female) beds for the two-year base period and three one-year options to renew. The requirement for Line Item 2 would be for approximately 3 (three) beds for the two-year base and three one-year options to renew. The anticipated period of performance for both Line Items is 2-01-2009 through 1-31-2014 if all option years are exercised. THE RESPONSE DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 27, 2007.
