Please note...

...in the March 15, 1996, Benchmark Notes, the USGS internal Web page URL 
for the Program Coordination Meeting notes, regrettably, was incorrect.  The 
correct URL is--

http://www.usgs.gov:8888/USGS_program_coord/meeting_notes.html

The corrections are (1) use a colon after "gov" and (2) spell out "meeting".
