page 108, paragraph 2

"While the CBER website health alert posting originally contained a list of example GDH-PQQ-based glucose testing method products, its subsequent revision omits said list. You are encouraged to consult the product information for the glucose meter(s) and strips and to contact the manufacturer(s) if any uncertainty exists as to whether a given glucose testing product is appropriate to use in a patient who has received a product containing parenteral glucose or galactose, or oral xylose."
