PNNL Solution:
- Conducted lab tests using simulated mines and holographic ground-penetrating radar equipment
- Demonstrated superior detection feasibility using holographic imaging data analysis
Capabilities Employed to Meet Client Needs: Adapted laboratory radar scanning systems for performance evaluation; advanced holographic data reduction algorithm and software development to provide representative visual image of buried objects; indoor lab testing using soil testbed in EDL radar facility; test data analysis.
