Below is a copy of an alert notice concerning a fatality that occurred at a
quarry involving the use of a hand-held angle grinder.  
Please let me know if you have this type of tool within your area(s) so that I
can come down and perform a quick inspection of the tool based on the
recommendations presented at the end of the alert notice.
