From: Jaffe, Lyle D Sent: Friday, July 30, 2004 1:50 PM To: Dockets, FDA Subject: FW: aspartame and splenda -----Original Message----- From: Dr. Betty Martini [mailto:Bettym19@mindspring.com] Sent: Friday, July 30, 2004 1:38 PM To: World Natural Health Organization; Cynthia Schmidt Subject: Re: aspartame and splenda Dear Cynthia, Aspartame is a chemical hypersensitization agent because it is a toxic poison, and it interacts with other toxins, unsafe sweeteners and vaccinations. I'm hoping Splenda will not be another aspartame but we are getting so many complaints about it, it worries me. Why the FDA would approve something with a chlorinated base like DDT is beyond me but you have to remember they are the handmaiden of the pharmaceutical industry. They are the last people in my opinion who have any concern for safe food and drugs. Even Jesus said "By their fruits you will know them." The FDA have committed so many atrocities, raids against safe vitamin suppliers, responsible for people who really care about health going to jail like a story I just heard, that I call her Fanny Does Anything - that is except safeguard our food and drug supply. There is actually a FDA Holocaust Musteum in Hollywood, Florida. I've been there and read some of their crimes. I'm trying to get to the bottom of a story where I was told the US Forestry actually sprayed somebody's land to kill herbs. One of the men told the man who owned the land "I was told herbs were dangerous". I hope this information gets in a new movie being made. The FDA needs to be replaced by an organization that is concerned with safe food and drugs, and will refuse to be bribed by the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. Like Ed Horton of the Lancet wrote a couple of years: "The FDA endangers the lives of the people because they take money from industry". Be sure to get a copy of the movie Sweet Misery - its says it all. And there is a medical text on Aspartame called Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic, www.sunsentpress.com by H. J. Roberts, M.D. Your problems are discussed in the text. We are starting to get so many complaints on Splenda it looks like there is going to be another epidemic.
