Cheeseball
America, North: American

Ever since a was a child, my mom would make Cheeseball as an appetizer before special dinners. My sister and I always ask for it at family meals.
One time, my sister couldn't wait for the Cheeseball to be served. She snuck into the kitchen and cut the Cheeseball in half. Then she scooped out the center and ate it with crackers. To cover her tracks, she put the Cheeseball back together and smushed it up so her crime wouldn't show. My mom never figured it out.
