	The CDF Be Beam Pipe appears to be available
	Mayling doesnt want the RICH to put an axial load on the beam pipe.
	Options appear to be a bellows in front of the RICH or having a tube go
	thru the RICH so the actual beam pipe is not attached to the windows.
