| 1. A balance board comprising:
a board having a top side, a bottom side, and an outer circumference;
a railing attached to the bottom side of the board;
a rigid sphere freely placed within the railing;
an end stop attachable to different portions of the railing; and
a rigid semi-sphere having a planar side and a spherical side, wherein the planar side is attachable to different portions
of the end stop.
