The Downloadable Digital Aeronautical Chart Supplement (DDACS) is specifically designed to provide digital airspace data not otherwise readily available. The supplement is produced every 56 days coinciding with the airspace cycle and includes a Change Notice at the mid-point between revisions.
The Downloadable NAVAID Digital Data File (DNAV) is a current listing of NAVAIDs that is compatible with the National Airspace System. Updated every 56 days, coinciding with the airspace cycle, this file contains all NAVAIDs, including ILS and its components, in the United States, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands plus bordering facilities in Canada, Mexico and the Atlantic and Pacific areas.
The Downloadable Digital Obstacle File (DDOF) describes all known obstacles of interest to aviation users in the U.S., with limited coverage of the Pacific, the Caribbean, Canada, and Mexico. The obstacles are assigned unique numerical identifiers and accuracy codes.
These downloadable products will be available at least 21 days prior to their effective date. Editions will be listed by year and 56-day cycle number. For example, Edition 200801 is the first 56-day cycle of 2008 (e.g. February 14, 2008). There are 7 cycles per year.
