I've run into an error. Actually, I guess a couple of errors. First, 3dAllineate looks like everything is going alright, it's marching through each sub-brick, but somewhere around s-b 12-16 it fails, with no error message except for "Killed". The first time I thought maybe I accidentally killed it, but now I don't think so. This last time I tried it though, I got this error message:

Really, it's the "FAILS!" in caps with the exclamation that worries me :)
