This page provides guidance for nonsupervised Title I and Title II lenders and loan correspondents who use the LASS system to renew and recertify their FHA lender approval by submitting their annual audited financial statements prepared by their Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Both lenders and their CPAs use the LASS system.

HUD also requires all lenders to submit their annual recertification form and pay their annual fee via of their FHA Connection Account.
