The National Institutes of Health NIH seeks a contractor who is knowledgeable to provide a full range of services needed and original approaches for performing surveillance of the contract security guard services at various locations throughout the National Institutes of Health (NIH), on and off campus in the local area (Washington-Baltimore). This surveillance will determine whether security Guard Force contract requirements are in compliance with the contract specifications. The solicitation will be avaiable through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web-site: www.fbo.gov. The FedBizOpps web site provides downloding instructions. Please note in order to receive an award, contractor must be registered in and have valid certifications in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) and the online Representations and Certifictions Application (ORCA) (http://orca.bpn.gov)





The answers to the questions that were submitted will be answered on or before January 12, 2009. This is not an extension for proposals. This solicitation is cancelled in it's entirety.
