The height values are for the tilted axes. To determine the height values for the vertical axis (vel0), divide the tilted axes values by sin(elevation). The time stamp assigned to each data point indicates the BEGINNING of any period of averaging of the geophysical data. Note that beam numbers range from 0 to 4, although the instrument gives values from 0 to 5. However, both 0 and 1 refer to the vertical beam and are combined to the single value (0) in order to be consistent with other platforms. "Blank Data" values are generated by the RWP when a value can not be determined. "missing_value" occurs when no RWP data exists for a given field. Radial velocities are positive toward the antenna (down)
