I dont agree with the mandatory helmet law and the bright color apparel. Even though I wear protective gear at all times, I would prefer to have the freedom of choice. Apparel should not be mandatory, I have ridden for over twenty years and I have never had a motorcycle accident nor have I ever been a cause for an accident. I believe that making non-motorcycle driver aware of motorcycles, would be a better effective measure to cut down on motorcycle related accidents.
