The public meeting will run from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Schaumburg Marriott Hotel, 50 North Martingale Road, Schaumburg, Illinois. It is open to the press and to the public. The following officials are expected to attend the meeting: Caren Wilcox, Deputy Under Secretary for Food Safety, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
