High Country RC&D

Originally established in 1979, the High Country Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Area covers Bonneville, Butte, Clark, Custer, Fremont, Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison, and Teton Counties in Idaho and part of Teton County in Wyoming.

The RC&D Council is assisted by Natural Resources Conservation Service Project Coordinator, Steve Smart and part time assistant Tamara Egbert.
