Welcome to the Special Projects (SP) website. SP is a unit within the National Ocean Service's Management and Budget Office.

Mission

To provide information, assessments, and tools in support of the collaborative coastal stewardship mission of the National Ocean Service (NOS) and its partners.

Special Projects provides the NOS Program Offices and leadership a tactical staff resource to (1) quickly address priority requirements, (2) focus on integration, and (3) research and develop innovative solutions, products, and services. (more information)
