Gelatin Manufacturers Association of Japan (GMJ) is a trade association 
representing Japanese gelatin manufacturers.  Individual members of GMJ 
manufacture and sell gelatin for all kinds of applications including 
edible, pharmaceutical uses.  

As President of GMJ, I duly authorize the comments claimed in the letter 
of the Gelatin manufacturers Institute of America (GMIA) and the Gelatin 
Manufacturers of Europe (GME) "Re : Docket No. 2004N-0081 Use of Material
