Research Interests

Frontier research of nanofluidics in carbon nanotubes; carbon nanotubes-related physics, chemistry, and applications in engineering/industry nanoscience and nanotechnology; applications of micro fabrication to the study of transport phenomena in nanofluidics systems; microchemical systems related to catalytic microreactors and fuel cells; nanoPIV (Particle Image Velocimetry)using quantum dot fluorescence; microRIV (Rod Image Velocimetry); heat transfer system design assisted by CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and experiment.
