DLG errors

1. In sect10/s10_pb.lgo, area 61 the second major attribute is 91 and should
   be 92.

2. In sect01/s01_pb.lgo, area 52 has first minor attribute 33, should be 36.

3. Water body category 040-0108 is not in Appendix E. This category appears
   to refer to coastlines. Florida has two areas having category 040-0108,
   one of which is the coastline, the other of which is a lake (?) on its
   border with Alabama.

4. In sect01/s01_wb.lgo, area 222 (Long Island, New York) has attribute
   040-0199, "Area not in water body (remainder of map)", and should be
   040-0150, "Island".

5. In sect09/s09_pb.lgo, area 72 has second major code 91, should be 92.

6. In sect09/s09_pb.lgo, area 109 has first major code 92, should be 91.

7. In sect09/s09_pb.lgo, area 64 has first major code 92, should be 91.

8. In sect09/s09_pb.lgo, area 70 has second major code 91, should be 92.

9. In sect09/s09_pb.lgo, area 99 has third attribute 090-0101.

10. In sect11/s11_pb.lgo, area 103 has state FIPS code 67, should be 46.

11. In sect11/s11_pb.lgo, area 63 has attribute 90-167; what is this?

12. In sect07/s07_w_b.lgo, area 2 has attribute 40-199, should be 40-150.

13. In sect07/s07_w_b.lgo, area 4 has attribute 40-199, should be 40-150.

14. In sect03/s03_pb.lgo, area 302 has first major attribute 90, should be 91.

15. In sect03/s03_pb.lgo, area 42 has first minor attribute 510, should be 215.

16. In sect03/s03_pb.lgo, area 121 has first minor attribute 630, should be 113.

17. In sect03/s03_pb.lgo, area 299 has state code 13, should be 45.

18. In sect05/s05_pb.lgo, area 83 has state code 5, should be 22.

19. In sect07/s07_pb.lgo, area 129 has first major attribute 92, should be 91.

20. In sect02/s02_pb.lgo, area 373 has no attributes, should have two: major
    91, minor 39 and major 92, minor 129.
