As a result of similar studies, the European Union has banned all growth-promoting uses of antibiotics that have a role in human medicine. While the FDA continues to study the problem, how many more diseases will become untreatable? I urge you to preserve the effectiveness of human antibiotics by banning their use to make livestock grow faster. Sincerely, G. Devi Help stop the slaughter. Please Spay or Neuter your companion animals. ___________________________________________________ GO.com Mail Get Your Free, Private E-mail at http://mail.go.com
