Full Color Photography

When a full color photograph is used, the Insignia should appear in black without a white line around it on a light or medium-valued portion of the background.

Alternatively, the Insignia can be rendered in the background color of a photograph when the background is relatively uncluttered. In this case, the Insignia may or may not appear with a white line around it (depending on the darkness of the background color value).
