An account book of Robert Jenkins’s company, the Windsor Forge in Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County, PA. The book begins as a daybook, recording daily sales of forged iron items, such as crowbars, scallops, horseshoes, wagon tires, ploughs, and pump handles. There are also copies and drafts of business letters to and from Robert Jenkins concerning the purchase of raw materials, most notably pig metal, and reminders of payment due Robert Jenkins by his customers.
