   The STATUS and CENTROID TYPE fields are appended to each record
   in your address file to show information about the type of match
   or failure.   Refer to the output file format that was provided
   with your file for the character position of these fields.

   The STATUS field (GDTSTAT)may contain the codes below:

       B1,R1,M1   Street segment match in Batch or Console 
       B2,R2,M2   Intersection match in Batch or Console 
       B3,R3,M3   Intersection match in Batch or Console
       R4,M4      Digitized in Console or Manual Matching
       B5,R5      Alternate name match in Batch or Console.
                  Address match to an alternate or "secondary" name.
       B6,R6      Placeholder match in Batch or Console 
       B7,R7      Alternate name match in Batch or Console
                  to Placeholder
       10         Invalid state abbreviation
       11         Invalid locality name
       12         Invalid street address
       14         Street name could not be found.
       15         Address range did not exist
       16         Ambiguous; more than one segment with address range.
       17         Unable to match intersection
       V          Reverse Geocode

   The codes in the CENTROID TYPE field (GDTXIN)identify the type of centroids
   that were assigned to the rejects.

       0      Not a Centroid (street address level match)
       4      ZIP+4 Centroid 
       2      ZIP+2 Centroid 
       X      5-Digit ZIP Code Centroid
       blank  No Centroid available
